Cookie Policy

This website separates storage into three categories: Necessary, Analytics and Marketing. Necessary storage always works — it is what the site cannot function without, and none of it tracks you. Analytics and Marketing run ONLY if you allow them in the consent banner. Until you decide, nothing optional runs.

On your first visit a banner offers three equal choices: “Accept all”, “Reject non-essential”, and “Manage”, which lets you switch Analytics and Marketing on or off individually (both start off).

Your decision is remembered for six months in a small cookie so the banner does not reappear on every page. You can change or withdraw your choice at any time using “Cookie settings” in the footer of every page, which reopens the same banner.

Rejecting non-essential storage never restricts what you can read or do on this website.

Consent memory: the cookie that records your consent decision itself.

Preferences: your chosen display currency and, where applicable, your chosen language — set only when you use those controls.

Project form progress: while you complete the multi-step project form, your answers are kept in your browser’s session storage so a refresh does not lose them; this never leaves your device until you submit.

Administrator session: if you sign in to the private workspace, a secure, HTTP-only session cookie maintains that session. It is set only for signed-in staff, never for visitors.

With Analytics consent, page views and a small number of product events are recorded through our own first-party measurement. Even then, no analytics cookie is set and no identifier is stored on your device: events are cookieless, and personal data is stripped before they are sent.

Without Analytics consent, these events are simply never sent — the consent check is built into the measurement code itself.

The Marketing category covers advertising tags such as the Meta Pixel or Google Ads measurement. NO such tag is currently installed on this website, so at present granting Marketing consent activates nothing.

If advertising tags are introduced, they will load only for visitors who have granted Marketing consent, and this policy will be updated to name each provider before that happens. We do not claim trackers exist that do not, and we will not run ones that do without consent.

If we embed a third-party scheduling calendar in future, that provider may set its own cookies when the calendar is loaded. This policy will be updated to name the provider before any such embed is enabled.

Independently of the banner, you can clear or block site storage in your browser settings. Blocking it will prevent the project form from remembering progress, forget your consent and preference choices, and prevent workspace sign-in — the rest of the website will work normally.
