Payment Information

Directly purchasable services can be paid by payment card through a licensed payment service provider, or by bank transfer against a proforma invoice on request.

Card acceptance goes live only once the acquiring bank contract is active; until then the checkout states this and offers the direct arrangement route instead. Nothing is charged before that point.

Prices are published in Serbian dinars (RSD) and euros (EUR) as separate stored prices — the displayed amount in your chosen currency is exactly what is charged, never a converted approximation. Additional currencies are introduced only when genuinely supported end-to-end.

Your card issuer may apply its own exchange rate and fees when your card account is held in a different currency; those are outside our control and appear on your card statement, not our invoice.

For fixed-price services bought online, payment is taken when you complete the order on the payment page. The order confirmation and invoice are sent by email immediately after the payment is confirmed.

For proposal-based engagements, invoicing follows the schedule in the proposal — typically staged, with nothing charged before the stage it belongs to.

Card details are entered exclusively on the payment provider’s secure payment page. This website never receives, processes or stores card numbers, expiry dates or security codes, and its database actively rejects any attempt to store one.

Transactions are protected by the card schemes’ authentication (3-D Secure) where required by the issuer and acquirer.

Every confirmed payment produces an invoice delivered by email, stating the seller’s registered details, what was purchased, the amount and currency charged, and the applicable tax treatment. Invoices are immutable once issued; a correction is made by credit note referencing the original.
