This right applies to you when you order services on this website as a consumer — a natural person acting outside a trade or profession. Business customers are covered by the Terms & Conditions and any signed proposal rather than by this document.
When you buy a service on this website at a distance, you may withdraw from the contract within 14 days of its conclusion, without giving any reason.
To meet the deadline it is enough to send your withdrawal notice before the 14-day period expires.
The simplest route is the withdrawal form on this page, which is delivered directly to us and acknowledged by email. You may equally send an unambiguous written statement to our contact address, or use the statutory model withdrawal form — its content is reproduced by the form below.
After you withdraw, we confirm receipt without delay. Withdrawal requests are tracked internally with a status you can query by reference.
If you withdraw, we refund all payments received from you for the withdrawn service without undue delay and at the latest within 14 days of receiving your withdrawal notice, using the same means of payment you used, unless you expressly agree otherwise. You bear no fee for the refund itself.
Where you expressly requested that performance begin during the withdrawal period and then withdraw before the service is complete, you owe a proportionate amount for what was performed up to the moment of withdrawal, and the remainder is refunded.
For service contracts, the right of withdrawal lapses once the service has been FULLY performed, if performance began with your prior express consent and your acknowledgement that you lose the right of withdrawal on full performance. That consent is a separate, un-preticked checkbox at checkout — it is never assumed.
If you do not give that consent, delivery is scheduled after the 14-day period expires, and your right of withdrawal remains intact throughout it.
There is no blanket "no refunds" rule on this website. Each service page and the Refund & Cancellation Policy state what applies to that service.
Card refunds are executed through the payment provider back to the card used. Bank-transfer payments are refunded to the paying account. Refund execution is recorded against the original order and visible in your order correspondence.
