"Perspektiva Group" is a public-facing brand descriptor and does not denote a separate incorporated company or group of companies.

In these terms, "we", "us" and "our" refer to that registered entity. "You" refers to the person or organisation ordering services. Contact for all matters arising from these terms is hello@perspektivagroup.com.

These terms apply to services ordered through this website and to services provided under a separate written proposal or agreement that refers to them.

Where a signed proposal, statement of work or service agreement conflicts with these terms, that document takes precedence for the engagement it covers.

We provide business consulting, software and website development, systems integration, automation, and digital marketing and customer acquisition services, as described on this website and defined in the applicable proposal.

Service descriptions on this website are indicative. The definitive scope of any engagement is the scope set out in the proposal or order confirmation.

We do not guarantee any specific commercial result, revenue figure, ranking, advertising performance or return on investment. Recommendations are made in good faith on the information available, and outcomes depend on factors outside our control.

For services purchasable directly on this website, your order constitutes an offer to purchase. A contract is formed when we confirm the order by email and payment has been successfully processed.

For services provided under a proposal, a contract is formed when you accept the proposal in writing.

We may decline an order where the service is unavailable, where the described requirement falls outside what we can responsibly deliver, or where we reasonably believe the order is fraudulent.

Prices for directly purchasable services are shown on the relevant page at the time of ordering, in the currency stated. Where a price is not shown, the service is quoted individually.

Applicable taxes are shown before you complete an order. Where reverse-charge VAT rules apply to a business customer outside Serbia, this is stated on the invoice.

Card payments are processed by a licensed payment service provider. We do not receive, process or store your full card number, expiry date or security code at any point.

For engagements under a proposal, payment terms, milestones and invoicing schedule are set out in that proposal.

Delivery timescales for each directly purchasable service are stated on its page and repeated in the order confirmation.

Advisory sessions are scheduled at a time agreed with you. Where a session requires information from you in advance, we will say so; delivery timescales assume that information is provided.

For development and consulting engagements, delivery is in the stages set out in the proposal, with review points at each stage.

Timescales depend on the timely provision of information, access, content and decisions from your side. Where these are delayed, delivery dates move accordingly.

You agree to provide accurate information, to respond to reasonable requests for input within a reasonable period, and to hold the rights necessary for any material you supply to us.

Where an engagement requires access to your systems, accounts or advertising platforms, you are responsible for granting and, on completion, revoking that access.

You are responsible for ensuring that your business and the material you supply comply with applicable law, including advertising, consumer protection and data protection law.

Cancellation and refund rights are set out in our Refund & Cancellation Policy, which forms part of these terms.

Nothing in these terms limits any statutory right you may have as a consumer under the law of the Republic of Serbia or, where applicable, of your country of residence.

On full payment of all sums due for an engagement, ownership of the specific deliverables created for you under that engagement transfers to you, except as set out below.

We retain ownership of our pre-existing materials, tools, frameworks, methods and know-how, including anything developed before or independently of your engagement. Where these are embedded in a deliverable, you receive a perpetual, non-exclusive licence to use them as part of that deliverable.

Third-party components, including open-source software and licensed assets, remain subject to their own licence terms, which will be identified on handover.

We may describe the nature of work performed for you in general terms as a reference, but will not disclose confidential information or use your name or materials as a case study without your written consent.

Each party will keep the other party’s confidential information confidential, use it only for the purposes of the engagement, and not disclose it to third parties except to personnel and subcontractors who need it and are bound by equivalent obligations.

This obligation does not apply to information that is or becomes public other than through a breach of these terms, was already lawfully held, or is required to be disclosed by law.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

Subject to the paragraph above, our total aggregate liability arising out of or in connection with an engagement is limited to the total fees paid by you for that engagement.

Subject to the first paragraph of this section, we are not liable for loss of profit, loss of revenue, loss of anticipated savings, loss of business opportunity, or for any indirect or consequential loss.

We are not liable for the acts, omissions, outages, policy changes or account decisions of third-party platforms and service providers, including advertising platforms, hosting providers and payment processors.

Either party may terminate an ongoing monthly engagement by giving 30 days’ written notice, unless the applicable proposal states otherwise.

We may suspend or terminate services where an invoice remains unpaid after written reminder, or where continuing would require us to act unlawfully or unethically.

On termination, you remain liable for fees for work performed and costs committed up to the termination date. We will hand over completed deliverables for which payment has been received.

If you are dissatisfied with any service, contact us at hello@perspektivagroup.com setting out the issue. We will acknowledge your complaint within 8 days and respond substantively within 15 days of receipt, in line with Serbian consumer protection requirements.

If a complaint cannot be resolved directly, consumers resident in the Republic of Serbia may refer the matter to the competent consumer protection authority.

We process personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable data protection law, including the Serbian Law on Personal Data Protection and, where it applies, the EU General Data Protection Regulation.

We may update these terms from time to time. The version in force at the time you place an order governs that order, and the version applied to each order is recorded with it.

These terms are governed by the law of the Republic of Serbia. The courts of the Republic of Serbia have jurisdiction, save that a consumer may also bring proceedings in the courts of their country of residence where mandatory law so provides.
